Traminer SJI falls into the category of the highest predicate wines and is the result of careful treatment and care of the nature's rich fruits. Golden yellow color with orange hue calls for unravelling this higher predicate wine at first tasting. Its decisive fruity aroma veiled by a full ripeness, leaves a deep impression. Dense structure and concentration of the fresh, pleasant acidity gives the wine the necessary characteristics to meet the highest requirements of this wine category. We are happy that we were able to produce such a gem in our winery.

This sparkling wine is produced by the classical method of secondary fermentation in bottles, as do most prestigious traditional wine producers within the French province of Champagne.
